严格按照贵司填写在托运单上的托运信息将货物按时按地送达收货人，不擅自无故变更任何托运信息（例如：提前派送或延迟派送等）。
当货物出库后，由于各种原因贵司需要变更托运信息时（例如：提前派送或延迟派送），我司积极争取满足贵司的要求，做好协调、配合工作。
我司由于各种原因而不能按时按地把贵司货物送达贵司指定收货人时，我司会在第一时间主动通过Email和电话通报到贵司业务责任人。
在把贵司货物送达贵司指定收货人之前，如果发现货物的外包装箱有任何的异常现象，我司会在第一时间通过Email和电话通报到贵司业务责任人，同时立即采取积极有效的补救措施，绝不擅自把包装破损的货物派送给贵司指定的收货人。
与贵司指定的收货人（公司）办理货物与单据的交接手续时，如果收货人对货物与单据有任何的异议（例如：对数量和质量的异议等等），我司必须立即暂停交接手续，同时通过Email和电话通报到贵司业务责任人，在没有得到贵司业务责任人的明确指示之前，我司不得擅自与收货人签注带有任何类似不符点的凭据。
在把贵司货物送达贵司指定收货人（公司）时，我司必须严格遵守收货人（公司）的各项规章制度和收货流程，不会出现违规操作、野蛮操作等。

When our company fails to deliver your goods to your designated consignee on time due to various reasons, our company will take the initiative to inform the person in charge of your business by email and telephone at the first time.
Before the delivery of your goods to your designated consignee, if any abnormal phenomenon is found in the outer packing box of the goods, our company will immediately notify the person in charge of your business by email and telephone, and take active and effective remedial measures immediately. We will never deliver the damaged goods to your designated consignee without authorization.
When handling the handover procedures of goods and documents with the consignee (company) designated by your company, if the consignee has any objection to the goods and documents (such as the objection to the quantity and quality, etc.), our company must immediately suspend the handover procedures, and notify the person in charge of your company's business by email and telephone. Before receiving the clear instructions from the person in charge of your company's business, we must, Our company is not allowed to sign any certificate with any similar discrepancy with the consignee without authorization.
When delivering your goods to your designated receiver (company), our company must strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the receiver (company) and the receiving process, and there will be no illegal operation, barbaric operation, etc.
